01

These terms

These terms govern your use of myInvoice.ae. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that company.

We may update these terms as the product and the regulatory environment change. Material changes will be notified in the application before they take effect.

02

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for the actions of the users you invite, and for keeping your credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is mandatory on every account and cannot be disabled.

Access inside your organisation is governed by role: MEMBER, ACCOUNTANT, MANAGER, ADMIN and OWNER. Assigning a role is your decision and your responsibility.

03

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged at ten months. Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclusive of VAT; the price applied is the one shown at checkout.

A trial gives access to every feature for fourteen days without a card. At the end of a trial an account moves to the Free plan unless a paid plan has been selected — your documents and history are retained either way, subject to the Free plan's limits on new activity.

04

Your data and your records

Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. Each organisation's records are isolated at row level, so no other customer can read them.

Financial documents are soft-deleted rather than destroyed, so records remain available for the statutory retention period. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

05

Compliance is a shared responsibility

The platform is built to Federal Tax Authority requirements: gapless sequential numbering, TLV QR codes on tax documents, the five VAT treatments, bilingual documents and retention. Those mechanisms are ours.

The figures you enter, the treatments you select, and the returns you submit remain yours. myInvoice.ae is software, not a tax agent, and nothing in the product constitutes tax or accounting advice. Review a return before you file it.

06

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to issue documents you know to be false, to attempt access to another organisation's data, to probe or interfere with the service's security, or to resell access without agreement.

Integration access through the Connected Apps API is bound by the scopes, methods and IP restrictions configured on the key. Circumventing those limits is a breach of these terms.

07

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available continuously, and will give notice of planned maintenance where it is likely to be noticeable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Support is provided in English and Arabic during the hours published on the contact page. Priority support and onboarding are included on the Enterprise plan.

08

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from figures you entered or filings you made.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

09

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of the acceptable-use section, with notice where circumstances allow.

After closure, records are retained for the statutory period and then deleted. Export your data before you close an account if you need a copy.

10

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
